Admissions Policy and Procedure
The general requirements below apply to undergraduate admission and readmission to American International World University.
Complete and submit the online application for admission, via the program page or request at: aiwuniversity@gmail.com
Applicants must furnish a complete chronological record of educational institutions attended. Official transcripts from each institution must be submitted according to the instructions on the application.
Provide documentation of any license or certification you hold, as well as, satisfactory conduct record with the licensure or certification board, if applicable, according to the instructions on the application.
The application must identify a preferred semester of enrolment.

Unofficial Transcript: Completion of a Bachelor's Degree.

Unofficial Transcript: Completion of a Registered Nurse Educational Program with a minimum of 83 semester credits or its equivalent.
Copy of the current Registered Nurse license.

Unofficial Transcript: Completion of a Bachelor's Degree.
Copy of the current Registered Nurse license.

Unofficial Transcript: Completion of a Master's Degree in Nursing.
Copy of the current Registered Nurse license.
Each applicant accepted for admission must submit official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions’ coursework evaluated for admissions within the first semester term of enrollment (8 weeks). Failure to provide official transcripts may result in withdrawal from the program.
Admissions Procedure
American International World University will review an applicant for admission once all application materials have been received. You can expect an email with an admissions decision within 30 days of the end of the admissions/enrolment period. Questions can be sent to: aiwuniversity@gmail.com
Admitted students who wish to confirm and hold their enrolment will need to do so and pay their first semester tuition payment in accordance with the published tuition rate in the catalog.
Foreign Transcript Evaluation
All foreign transcripts and degrees must be evaluated by a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Service (NACES). Evaluation fee(s) must be paid by the prospective student directly to the evaluator, and any evaluations must be provided with application materials. The link below provides evaluators. Transfer of Credit
Credit from Other Institutions
Credit from other institutions by the agencies authorizing postsecondary education where the institution is located will be considered for credit into American International World University, provided the following are met:
An official copy of the students’ transcripts is on file with the school.
Courses must be completed with a 75% or “C” for consideration of transfer.
If American International World University determines the credits are acceptable for transfer, credit will be given for those courses, and the student will be scheduled to take only those courses needed to fulfil the requirements for graduation. Transfers of credit decisions are final and not appealable. There is no charge for an evaluation of credit. Transfer credits are not utilized in calculating grade average.
American International World University does not evaluate or accept credit by means, experiential learning, challenge examinations, or achievement tests.
Transferability of Credit Earned at American International World University
American International World University does not guarantee the transferability of its credits to another college, university, or institution. Any decision on the comparability, appropriateness, and applicability of credits and whether they should be accepted is the decision of the receiving institution.
